Who we are
Phili Digital builds websites, applications and platforms for creative agencies. For anything in this policy, reach us at info@philidigital.com.
What this site collects
This site collects personal information in exactly two places.
The contact form
When you send us a message we collect your name, email address, company name, your description of the project, and any timeline you give us. We use it only to read and reply to your enquiry.
The message also carries how you reached us: the campaign tags on the link you followed, if it had any, the site that referred you, and the page you arrived on. That tells us which of our own links brought you here. It is sent only when you submit the form, it is never used to identify you, and it is kept with the enquiry for as long as the enquiry is.
Booking a consultation
Booking is handled by Cal.com. When you pick a time, the details you give them — typically your name, email address and any notes — are collected by Cal.com and passed to us so we can hold the meeting. Their privacy policy governs that step.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is found and used: which pages are read, which projects are opened, which questions are expanded, and whether visitors arrived from a search engine, a link, or directly. We look at this in aggregate, to improve the site.
Analytics cookies are off until you accept them. Until then Google Analytics runs without storing anything on your device, which still counts the visit but cannot recognise you on a later one. You can change your choice at any time, and declining has no effect on anything else the site does.
We have not enabled advertising features, so your data is not used to build an advertising profile or to retarget you elsewhere.
What this site does not do
- No advertising tags. There are no ad pixels and no retargeting.
- No third-party fonts. Typefaces are served from this site rather than a font network, so loading a page tells no one else that you visited.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare hosts the site. Like any web host it keeps short-lived server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and reliability.
- Resend delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
- Cal.com handles consultation bookings.
- Cloudflare Turnstile may be used to check that a form submission is not automated. It is designed to work without tracking you across sites.
- Google Analytics measures site usage, as described above.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our email for as long as the conversation is useful — typically while we are talking, and afterwards as a record of work discussed. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@philidigital.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority; in Canada, to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
