Visa × Moneris

FIFA World Cup 26 hospitality invitation that carries its whole support load in a ticketing FAQ, then switches to a post-registration state.

Visa × Moneris — Campaign site

The problem

Hospitality invitations generate a predictable wave of questions — what the ticket includes, how it arrives, who it can be transferred to — and every one of them would otherwise land on the client as an email.

What we built

A ticketing FAQ written to absorb that wave up front, and a site that flips to a post-registration state on its own once the guest list closed, so the page stayed correct without anyone editing it.
